Delivery
We want to make your online shopping experience quick and easy.
And that includes giving you a great range of delivery options, to ensure the ultimate in convenience and choice!
We’ve even included a delivery estimator in the shopping cart, so you can get an accurate indication of delivery costs before proceeding through the checkout. If you’ve already proceeded through the checkout, you can check the status of your delivery by tracking your order online.

We offer Free Delivery for orders of $65 or more to metro areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra and Hobart.
Click & Collect
Place a Click and Collect order online and choose the most convenient store to collect your order from.
Deliver To Door
Standard Free Next Business Day Delivery is available for orders placed before 5:30pm to selected areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra and Hobart. Orders under $65 incur a $7.95 delivery fee. Premium Next Day Delivery is available after 5:30pm. Large items ordered before 5.30pm on weekdays will be delivered separately on the next business day and incur an additional delivery fee from $49.95.
Larger items and special orders incur additional delivery fees as they require extra handling and take longer to transport. The amount will be calculated at the checkout and is dependent on the size of the item purchased.
If your order also weighs over 200kg, it may be subject to an additional delivery fee. When this fee applies, one of our Customer Service Team Members will contact you prior to shipment with the total delivery cost.
Note:
During the 'wet season', deliveries to the Northern Territory and Northern Queensland may take longer due to adverse weather conditions.

Click & Collect
Place a Click and Collect order online and choose the most convenient store to collect your order from.
For collection dates and timeframes, please refer to the product’s Click & Collect information on the search results and product details pages. Click and Collect is a free service and available at all Officeworks stores.
Once you have added items you wish to purchase, follow the steps to complete your order. In the Delivery step, you will be asked to select whether you would like your order 'Deliver To Door' or 'FREE Click & Collect'. Select the 'FREE Click & Collect' tab and enter your postcode to find the relevant store locations for your order.
From there, select or update your preferred store and then follow the prompts to complete your order. Please note, if you have changed store locations, the availability of some items may change. The order summary on the right hand side of the page will alert you to these changes. For your reference you will receive an order confirmation after your order has been completed.

Products purchased via Click and Collect are eligible for exchange, refund or repair. Simply take the product into any Officeworks store. Learn more about the Officeworks Returns Policy.

Tracking online orders
You can track your online order in three easy steps:
- Log in to your account
- Find the 'My Orders' section under the 'My Accounts' tab at the top of the page
- On the Delivery Status column, click on 'Check Delivery Status' and you'll find the status of your online order
There are three possible statuses that will appear in the Delivery Status column:
- Order received: Your order has been received by Officeworks
- Waiting stock: Officeworks is awaiting stock to come in before they can complete the delivery of your online order
- Order complete: You have received your Officeworks delivery and your online order is now complete

If your delivery has not arrived during the expected delivery tim,e you can check the delivery status by logging in to track your order. Please note that standard delivery timeframes do not apply to 'Special order' products.
If you’re still having difficulty locating your item call our Customer Service Team on 1300 633 423 and they can follow up on the status of your order.
Officeworks only deliver Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm (QLD is 8am-6pm). Due to the majority of deliveries being made during a set run, specific delivery times cannot be chosen.
However after you choose the delivery option in the checkout process and enter your address you can add special delivery instructions to your order.
You can choose to have your item left at your nominated address in your absence and can even direct the courier where to place it using the special instructions menu. For example you can instruct them to leave it on the back porch or at the front door, etc.
If you prefer not to have your items left in your absence, you can choose to have them taken to reception if your nominated address is an office or workplace.
There is also a text field available where you can enter any additional information that may help our couriers deliver your items. For example you may have a hidden front door or you may live in a unit at the back of the block that’s hard to find.
Keep in mind if you’re not home during the delivery time and have specified you would not like your item left in your absence, you’ll receive a delivery notice in your mailbox. It will give you a phone number to call so you can arrange a new delivery date that suits you.
Special Order items include customised furniture and prints as well as products, spare parts and accessories we can source for you from the suppliers we do business with.
These Special Orders are delivered straight from the supplier. Therefore delivery fees and times will fluctuate but will be estimated at the checkout process for you.
