Why use a projector?

A TV is the basic choice for most people, but it isn’t the best fit for everyone, especially if you're lacking the space or want something that travels better. For many people, projectors are a perfect alternative to large and bulky televisions. Projectors have a few great reasons for their use which TVs just can’t match!

• • Large, Customizable Screen size: Projectors have a large screen size that isn’t fixed to the size of one particular device. Whereas TVs aren’t available in extremely large sizes outside of custom designs, projectors can go up to 300” in screen size! This is absolutely massive.
• • Eye comfort: TVs emit their own light, but the image from a projector comes from reflected light which is softer on the eyes, making it a more comfortable viewing experience.
• • Versatile use of space: Projectors are a great way to maximise use of space because they come in a variety of sizes and form factors and can even be wall or ceiling mounted. They don’t take up as much space as TVs, and many are portable if desired and can be stored safely when not in use.
• • Built in streaming support: Some projectors have smart functionality and can use apps like Netflix or Disney+ with no need for additional devices, making using streaming services a breeze with no need for a smart TV. Other projectors have good connectivity with devices like laptops, tablets and other devices.
• • Versatility: Projectors are a versatile choice because they can be moved around or used in a number of different contexts with much less fuss than a television. They can be used for cosy family nights in or outdoor movie nights, as well as work presentations.
• • Value for money: TProjectors are great value for money, too. They offer much better screen space per dollar than TVs can, making them an attractive option, especially at larger projection sizes.
