How to make a claim

If the unexpected does happen, call 1800 814 099 to raise a claim.

When you make a claim, the insurer will decide whether to repair, replace or pay you the Cover Amount, less the applicable excess.

Cooling Off Period and Policy Cancellations

If you are not completely satisfied with the Product Insurance Policy and have not made a claim, you may cancel it by notifying the insurer in writing:

If the policy is cancelled within the Cooling Off Period (21 days from the commencement of the Policy Term) and there has not been a claim, you will be entitled to a full refund of the paid amount. If the policy is cancelled outside of the Cooling Off Period and a claim has not been made, you may receive a particle refund determined by the unexpired portion of the Policy on a pro-rate basis.
