Officeworks Upgrade+ is a new way to get the Apple products and services you've always wanted, exclusive to Officeworks. Plus you can also choose to upgrade every 24 or 36 months (subject to terms and conditions)**
How does it work?
- Instead of buying your products outright, you pay $0 upfront with the cost going onto Latitude Interest Free Plans*.
- This will either be a 24 month or 36 month plan depending on which device you're buying (see Interest Free terms below).
- Select between a Standard Upgrade+ Plan or Premium Upgrade+ Plan - See Officeworks Upgrade+ plan options below.
- Make low monthly payments over the term of your plan*.
- At the end of your plan, you have the option to upgrade to a new device by trading in your current Officeworks Upgrade+ device (subject to device assessment**) - this will mean your new device will go onto new Interest Free plans. Otherwise, you can return your device (subject to device assessment**). Otherwise, you can return your device (subject to device assessment**) or opt to Keep-The-Device. If you opt to Keep-The-Device, you must pay a balloon payment - this amount will be agreed with you upfront when you purchase the device so you have certainty on what that amount is. You will also need to pay this amount if you want to hand your device back but it does not pass the device assessment. This amount is processed on a separate payment deferred plan and there is no penalty if you choose to pay this amount early.

Your monthly amount may change if you have bought a number of devices with different interest free plan terms. Check your Latitude statement for more information.
You do not need to make a deposit or down-payment, you pay $0 upfront. The only fees charged by Latitude are the Latitude monthly card fee, currently $10.95 (subject to change) and other Latitude charges. See Latitude's T&Cs for your participating card for more information. There are additional costs if you do not keep up your monthly payments - discussed below.
No. Officeworks Upgrade+ is available to Apple devices based on the current Officeworks Everyday Low Price.
Officeworks Upgrade+ plan options
Option 1: Upgrade to a new device. 60 days before the end of your Latitude Interest Free plan instructions will be sent on how to return your device. Moorup will assess the device. If it passes the quality assessment, and you qualify for another Latitude Interest Free plan on your new device (which is subject to Latitudes T&Cs), Moorup will take back your device, upgrade you to a new one and Latitude will issue you with a new Latitude Interest Free plan (subject to eligibility for the new plan). You don't pay the Keep-The-Device amount. The Latitude Interest Free Plan that the Keep-The-Device amount was processed on gets cancelled but see our FAQs on when the Keep-The-Device amount is payable.
Option 2: Keep-The-Device. At the end of your Latitude Interest Free plan, just keep the device. You will need to pay the Keep-The-Device amount (see FAQ above). You have an additional month from the end of your Latitude Interest Free Plan for your device (i.e. you must pay in the 25th month if a 24 month plan, or in the 37th month if a 36 month plan) to pay the Keep-The-Device amount. If you don't pay it, Latitude will charge the Expired Promotional Rate on that amount which is currently 29.99% p.a. (subject to change) until it is paid. The Keep-The-Device amount is also payable at anytime and there is no penalty for paying this out early if you decide to Keep-The-Device.
Option 3: Trade in and end your plan. You can choose not to upgrade and not keep the device by trading in to end your plan. The trade-in process will be sent to you 60 days before the end of your plan. Moorup will assess the device. If it passes the quality assessment, Moorup will take back your device and the traded-in value will pay out your plan and the Latitude Interest Free Plan that the Keep-The-Device amount was processed on gets cancelled. If it doesn't pass the quality assessment you wont be able to trade it in, you’ll need to keep making your monthly payments and you will need to pay the keep the device amount or upgrade.
The Keep-The-Device amount is a balloon payment you need to pay at the end of your Interest Free plan if you wish to Keep-The-Device (i.e. instead of upgrade). The Keep-The-Device amount will be calculated before you buy your device so you have certainty on how much it is. Latitude will put this amount on a separate Latitude Interest Free plan which becomes payable at the end of the term of your other Interest Free plan for your device. There is also no penalty for paying this amount early if you choose to Keep-The-Device.
If you upgrade, and your device passes assessment, this Keep-The-Device amount is not payable. If you Keep-The-Device but do not pay this amount, Latitude will charge its Expired Promotional Rate currently 29.99% p.a. (subject to change) to that amount until paid.
Keep-The-Device is payable if you choose to keep the device. It is also payable (in full or part) if you wish to trade in your device to end your plan or upgrade but your device only partially passes the trade-in assessment or fails it. See the disclaimer below for how much might be payable depending on your device assessment. If all or part of the Keep-The-Device amount needs to be paid, you need to pay it before the end of the term (which is within the month after your device monthly payment plan ends).

Keep-The-Device amount will be set at the time of purchasing in Officeworks Upgrade+. If you do not choose to keep your device at the end of your plan, you need to upgrade or trade it in to end your plan. To be able to upgrade or trade in your device to end your plan, without paying any of the Keep-The-Device amount, your qualifying device must be in Good Working Order (see ‘Can I trade-in my existing device and end my plan’ for what this means). Devices that are Damaged mean you will still need to pay 50% of the Keep-The-Device amount when upgrading or trading in (see ‘Can I trade-in my existing device and end my plan’ for what this means).
Devices that are for Recycle Only (see ‘Can I trade-in my existing device and end my plan’ for what this means) mean you will still need to pay 100% of the Keep-The-Device amount, even if upgrading or trading in to end your plan. More details are available from Moorup, Latitude’s partner for trade-in of eligible devices as part of Officeworks Upgrade+.
Yes, AppleCare+ is available to purchase through Officeworks Upgrade+.
Apple One ($31.95/month) is processed separately on another 1 Month Interest Free Plan with equal payments, which will reoccur monthly for the duration of your Premium Plan device term. If you fail to make your required monthly payment, your account will be overdue, interest will be charged at the Expired Promotional Purchase Rate (currently 29.99%, subject to change), late fees will apply and interest applies to late fees and if you do not comply with the T&Cs (see your card T&Cs).
You can only cancel your Apple One Service Plan if you return your Officeworks Upgrade+ device under the Officeworks' returns policy or if, when eligible, you trade-in and end your plan. Apple One Family is provided as part of your Officeworks Upgrade+ Premium Plan.
The Apple One service plan included with your Officeworks Upgrade+ Premium plan is compatible only with Apple devices. To activate Apple One, you must be the Account Owner or Manager on your account.
If you have an active paid service plan to Apple One Family or Apple One Premier purchased directly through Apple, the Apple One Family offer through Officeworks Upgrade+ will automatically suspend your existing service plan. If you cancel your Apple One Family offer through Officeworks, your paid service plan to Apple One Family or Apple One Premier purchased directly through Apple will resume.
If you have an active paid service plan to Apple One Individual purchased directly through Apple, the Apple One Family offer through Officeworks Upgrade+ will run concurrently.
If you want to cancel your paid service plan to Apple One purchased directly through Apple, you will need to cancel it directly with Apple.
To add AppleCare+ to your device, you must return to your Officeworks Upgrade+ portal after purchase and follow these steps:
Eligibility: Five days after purchasing your device, you become eligible to add AppleCare+ from your Officeworks Upgrade+ Portal. Make sure to add AppleCare+ within 21 days of your device purchase.
Adding Coverage: Once eligible, log in to your Officeworks Upgrade+ Portal and follow the instructions to add AppleCare+ to your device.
Benefits: By adding AppleCare+, you will receive 8,000 Flybuys points. Get money off your shop at Officeworks. Redeem your points for Flybuys Dollars to spend in-store at Officeworks.
Troubleshooting: If you experience any issues activating your AppleCare+ plan, please contact the Officeworks Help Desk. Make sure to have your device's serial number ready when you call for quicker assistance.
Within 30 days of purchase: If you want to cancel just your AppleCare+ plan, contact Officeworks. You will receive a refund directly to your purchase with Latitude. You are responsible for closing out the purchase with Latitude.
After 30 days of purchase: You will need to contact Apple directly. Apple will issue a prorated refund based on the remaining coverage period.

Latitude calculates your monthly payments based on the price of your device (less the Keep-the-Device amount) spread across the plan term. The Keep-the-Device amount is processed separately on another Interest Free payment plan. Your actual monthly payment shown on your statement will also include the Latitude monthly credit card fee, currently $10.95 (subject to change). You only pay one monthly credit card fee on a Latitude participating credit card.
If you fail to make your required minimum monthly payment amounts, your account will be overdue, late fees will apply and interest applies to late fees and if you do not comply with the T&Cs (see your card T&Cs). Defaulting on your plan can result in cancellation of your Interest Free plan. If there is an outstanding balance after the interest free period ends, interest will be charged in accordance with the card T&Cs at the Expired Promotional Purchase Rate, currently 29.99% (subject to change).

OnePass and Flybuys
- Purchase an eligible device with a Officeworks Upgrade+ plan. Once order is placed, you will receive an email from Officeworks with a promo code.
- There will be a link in the email to sign up to OnePass. Simply create a OnePass account and enter your unique promo code.
What happens if I already have OnePass?
Existing OnePass members will receive an additional 12 months of membership.

Post purchase and Support
Yes. If you bought your device on Officeworks Upgrade+ and don’t want to upgrade or keep it, you can trade it in and end your plan. If your device is:
In Good Working Order – you do not pay any of the Keep-The-Device amount.
Damaged – you still need to pay 50% of the Keep-The-Device amount.
Recycle Only – you still need to pay 100% of the Keep-The-Device amount.
Good Working Order: This means that it meets the following conditions:
It must be Fully Functional – this means:
- Phone powers on and touchscreen works
- No missing parts (e.g. power & volume buttons, SIM tray, camera)
- Speakers and Microphones work
- Battery is not swollen and holds a charge (doesn’t require the phone to be attached to a charger to operate)
The LCD/Glass must be in good condition and undamaged – this means:
- There are no cracks, chips, or otherwise broken glass on front or back, including camera lens
- There are no dead pixels and/or LCD bleed
- Light to moderate scratches are not considered damaged
- “Find my iPhone” or equivalent feature must be disabled
Damaged: This means that it meets the following conditions:
- It must be Fully Functional – this means:
- Phone powers on and touchscreen works
- No missing parts (e.g. power & volume buttons, SIM tray, camera)
- Speakers and Microphones work
- Battery is not swollen and holds a charge (doesn’t require the phone to be attached to a charger to operate)

If you fail to make your required monthly payment for two consecutive months, your equal monthly payment plan will change into a minimum monthly payment plan (Interest Free Promotion) for the remaining duration of the initial plan term (separate T&Cs apply). If you fail to make your required minimum monthly payment amounts, your account will be overdue, late fees will apply and interest applies to late fees and if you do not comply with the T&Cs (see your card T&Cs). Defaulting on your plan can result in cancellation of your Interest Free plan. To qualify for this offer you must take out a Premium Officeworks Upgrade+ plan on an eligible Apple device (offer currently available online only). Only one offer redeemable per customer. To access the annual OnePass membership, you will receive a unique OnePass promo code via email from Officeworks. The unique OnePass promo code will be sent to the same email address used to sign up for Officeworks Upgrade+. If you are new to OnePass, you will be asked to enter your unique OnePass promo code and provide personal details, including payment details for future payments. For existing OnePass members they are able to apply the unique OnePass promo code to their account, which will then be used at the next renewal date.
The unique OnePass promo code is valid until 30 June 2025, unless otherwise extended. The unique OnePass promo code cannot be used with any other promotional offer. Once redeemed, the unique OnePass promo code will be active on your OnePass account for 1 year.
