- We can’t deliver gift cards, Optus SIM Plans or devices, Print + Create Orders or Special Order items.
- Not available to some business customers using certain versions of our Officeworks B2B platform.
- Your maximum cart value is $3,000, excluding delivery fees
- The store fulfilling your order must have items in stock
- We automatically pick the closest available store to fulfil your 2-hour delivery order

Where's my order
For 2-hour delivery
You will receive a live tracking link via SMS when your order is confirmed for delivery. Then our delivery partner will send you an SMS with the estimated time of arrival. Keep your phone handy as the driver may need to contact you.
For other delivery
You can track your order by clicking the 'Track your order' link in your order confirmation email.
You can also enter your order number into Track your order here.
If you have any questions about your online order, you can call our Customer Service Team on 1300 633 423.
If your order has been marked as delivered and you're unable to locate it, or if your order is past the expected delivery date, you can contact our Customer Service Team on 1300 633 423.
If you’re not available when our delivery partner arrives, they'll try calling you. If they can't contact you, they'll return the order to the store and you'll be able to collect it from there shortly after.
We'll let you know by email and SMS which store to collect your order from.
Delivery FAQs
Special order items include customised furniture and prints as well as products, spare parts and accessories we can source for you from the suppliers we do business with.
Customised special order furniture products and custom print orders cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind as they are manufactured and produced according to customer specifications. These products can only be returned if faulty or damaged.
Some of our products are marked as delivery only as they're generally too large and heavy for our team members and customers to handle in-store.
If you wish to purchase a delivery only item with other products, your entire order will be delivered to your door. Due to the handling requirements of these products, additional delivery fees will apply.
Some of our products are marked as large items, or big and bulky, due to their size and weight. Large item deliveries require different transport vehicles and special handling. Therefore they can take longer to transport and incur a separate delivery fee.
You can have some large items delivered to a selected store with no additional delivery fee.
You'll know if an item is large as this will be indicated with an additional delivery fee which will apply for that product at checkout.
Print & Create orders have different delivery times from our other products. They require a lead time for printing, in addition to the delivery lead time.

Because we often start packing orders within 20 minutes of receiving them, we aren't able to cancel an order once it has been made.
Once you receive your item, we are more than happy to assist with returns in accordance with our Returns Policy at your local store
We deliver Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm (8am - 6pm in QLD). Due to the majority of deliveries being made during a set run, specific delivery times can't be chosen.
You can choose to have your order left at your nominated address in your absence and can even direct the courier where to place it using the available special instructions field.
If you prefer not to have your items left in your absence, you can choose to have them taken to reception if your nominated address is an office or workplace.
If you've specified you would not like your item left in your absence, you’ll receive a delivery notice in your mailbox. It will give you a phone number to call so you can arrange a new delivery date that suits you.
There is also a field available to enter delivery instructions that may help our couriers deliver your items.
