I joined Officeworks in April 2002. I started in the customer service centre (CSC) in East Bentleigh, before moving into the ‘Merchworks’ project. I spent a year-and-half as the web administrator before heading off on maternity leave. I came back from leave into the ‘Directworks’ project. In 2007, I joined the supply chain team as a supply chain analyst, before becoming an EDI specialist in 2010. After two years in that role, I am now working as a supplier compliance team member managing RLO and returns.

I’ve seen Officeworks evolve over the years, and it is very different to the company I first started to work for. It has been a roller coaster ride, but the work culture and people have made it a great place to be.

My favourite memory is participating in the ‘Officeworks Olympics’ in the East Bentleigh call centre many years ago… it was hilarious! It’s definitely the people here that makes Officeworks a special place to be.
