I became an Officeworks team member in May 2016, and I currently work out of Austpac Yennora in our New South Wales customer fulfilment centre (CFC) offsite warehouse.

The best part of working for Officeworks is the network of great people, not only through the supply chain teams, but also through retail, support and the wider business.

I love that we’re a social team. By investing in social events and team bonding, we’re able to break down the walls between teams, get to know each other and ensure Officeworks is a great place to come to work every day.

I’ve been with Officeworks now for three years, and the biggest change I’ve seen is the sheer growth of the business. Having product volumes large enough to require multiple sites, not to mention the work that goes on behind the scenes to maintain service through these sites, you can see what a big player we are in the market.

The biggest highlight of my Officeworks career so far was my promotion to the role of 3PL coordinator, although this was bittersweet as I had to leave my then team at the CFC.

I think it’s great that there’s so much opportunity here. I started working in the inventory team at the CFC and now work as the 3PL coordinator over at our 3PL provider in Yennora.
