I started in December 2011 and I currently work in the replenishment department of our Richmond store.

The best part of my job is being able to interact with customers and helping with their enquiries, while also being efficient with my tasks for the day.

The day I joined remains my favourite memory. Starting my first day with a group of other new people at the time made it fun and exciting.

In the past few years the tools and technology we use to assist with our workload has improved significantly. As well as improvements in the procedures to carry out tasks safely.
