I started working for Officeworks support office back in April of 2003 as a temp before I was offered a full-time position in December that same year. It's now been 15 years since I joined and I'm enjoying my time here working with some amazing people.

My first few roles were based in the customer service centre at East Bentleigh, where I started off as a data entry operator keying faxed orders. Then I was an inbound customer service operator for several years taking inbound customer calls before I joined the resource & planning team as a co-ordinator, mainly building and running reports.

Not long after that, I joined the great service planning team (retail operations) with a reporting/analysis role supporting our stores, and right now I am in the customer insights team (customer experience) which is more of a customer-focused reporting/analysis role.

Officeworks has definitely been my favourite place to work!
