- We are unable to perform the Geeks2U SSD Upgrade on the following devices: Laptops are not able to be upgraded. Apple iMacs manufactured after 2021, Apple MacBook Pros manufactured after 2011 and Apple MacBook Airs.

- We cannot reduce the storage capacity of a device (e.g., if the current hard drive is 1 TB, we cannot downgrade it to a 500 GB SSD).

- For additional support beyond the included product services, Geeks2U offers assistance billed in half-hour increments.
