Getting a new phone is exciting but setting it up can be frustrating. That’s why you need a Geek! Our technicians will set up your smartphone from scratch, pair Bluetooth devices, connect to your Wi-Fi and show you how to use a variety of features.

Initial set up, including language, time and date and 2 Factor Authentication.
Connect to home internet and demonstrate how to connect to hotspot.
Email set up (of 1 account).²
Tutorial: How to install new apps (download of 1 app included).³
Pair up to 3 Bluetooth devices; audio devices, printers or any other smart devices.
Set up and activation of online storage, e.g. iCloud or Switch.
Provide instructions on how you can transfer and sync data.¹
