EFT is now available at each print station in store. Simply use your card at the printer before you begin your print job, making it a quick and easy transaction.
Our easy-to-use recharge cards are available to purchase or top up with cash or EFTPOS at any of our point of sale counters in store.
Simply send your documents to officeworks@printme.com up to 24 hours before you intend to print and we'll reply with your unique print code. Then head to your local Officeworks store and enter your code into one of our Self Serve Print, Copy & Scan machines to release your print job.

Yes! EFT payment is now available at our print, copy and scan self-serve devices using credit card pre-authorisation.
This will activate your self-serve print, copy and scan session. The amount is temporarily held by your financial institution to guarantee payment and released back into your available funds within 1-5 business days. Only the amount for your print, copy and scan services you have used will be charged to your credit card.
Yes, our Self Serve Print, Copy & Scan machines supports most USB Flash Drives and Memory Sticks limited to the following formats:
Our Self Serve Print, Copy & Scan machines only supports USB Flash Drives/Memory sticks. External hard drives are not supported and may not work if used. Please speak to a team member if you need assistance.
Printing: File size is limited to 50MB Scan to email: 10MB Scan to Cloud drives: 50MB
Once you have been charged, the print will start. A blue light will be illuminated where you can collect your prints from. This indicates your job has been submitted and is being processed. Please note file size is a reasonable measure of how long a file will take to print but the actual contents will dictate the actual time. Files with large images will take longer to process.
Our Self Serve Print, Copy & Scan machines are unable to print password protected files. Please see a team member at the counter for assistance.

You can print from your phone using ‘PrintMe’, simply email your document to officeworks@printme.com and await your return email with your unique code. Watch our video to see this step by step. You can also download the ‘PrintMe’ app from the App Store or Google Play Store to print using your phone. If your document is already saved in Dropbox, OneDrive or another Cloud Service you can print directly from there. Watch this step by step video to learn how.
Yes, all stores have a wheelchair accessible Self Serve Print, Copy and Scan machine.
The Self Serve Print, Copy & Scan machines can only print on A4 and A3 80gsm paper. For more options, please head to the counter.
Please treat your Print & Copy Recharge Card like cash. Unfortunately, we are unable to track or replace lost Print & Copy Recharge Cards.
Customers are only able to pay for services through the Self Serve Print, Copy & Scan machines and Photo Kiosks using the Recharge Card.
Yes, you can cancel or refund your Recharge Card at any point of sale terminal in any Officeworks Store in Australia. Any unused balance will be refunded to you. Any unused balance will be refunded to you within the expiry period.
Yes. Your card will expire after 3 years of inactivity.
