You can mix it into acrylics, oils, printing inks, encaustics, alcohol inks, epoxy, glues, casting resins, clay, varnishes, and more. The different particle sizes produce different effects, from a smooth pearly lustre, to a highly metallic sheen.
  • Jacquard Pearl Ex Pigment is a versatile powder that you can use any time a metallic or pearlescent effect is desired.
  • You can mix the pigment into acrylics, oils, printing inks, encaustics, alcohol inks, epoxy, glues, casting resins, clay, varnishes, and more.
  • The different particle sizes produce different effects, from a smooth pearly lustre, to a highly metallic sheen.
  • You can mix it with the following; Gum Arabic for a DIY metallic calligraphy ink or watercolour, Pearl Ex Varnish to work it into non-porous surfaces, and even Jacquard’s colourless extenders, for use on fabrics.
  • It is non-toxic.
  • Pearl Ex is a safe, inert pigment that exhibits extreme colourfastness and stability.
